What's the procedure if you're on crutches without the use of a foot? The base of a crutch takes a lot less space than even a baby's foot.
I wonder if babies will become a quarter of the cost if they are crawling or toddling, up to two and a half years, and kids up to size 9 children's fitting will become half price.
